Please make sure you do the Student training module for Wikipedia before determining how you would edit a wiki page. You should try to attend to the community of practice’s rules regarding the style and content of entries in the online encyclopedia. That includes neutrality of language and perspective.
The reading from Clay Shirky is actually not “publish then filter,” but the fifth chapter from the same book, “Collaborative Production.” Sorry for any confusion the name switcheroo might cause.
